The Mandt System® Mission Statement

The Mandt System®, developed by The Mandt System, Inc. is an internationally known staff development and training program providing a comprehensive array of services to organizations, their employees, and the people with whom they interact.  Building Healthy Positive Relationships between and among these constituents is the ultimate goal of our training programs.

The entire philosophy of The Mandt System® programs and services provided by The Mandt System, Inc. is based on “Putting People First” and on “Supporting People, Not Just Their Behaviors™”.

Our philosophy is reflected through a multiple array of venues:

  • In-person competency based training
  • Professional consultations
  • Innovative and interactive teaching techniques
  • Continuous improvement and innovation in all areas of the business

The Mandt System® Vision

Our vision is to become partners with human service organizations that desire to decrease workplace violence by increasing the safety of all  the stakeholders through the use of Positive Behavior Support.  To be chosen to become a partner, we envision ourselves as being Excellent, Effective, and Efficient and teaching others how to apply these principles within their organizations.

Human service organizations have been under the strain of increased expectations and decreased resources for many years.  While staff training to prevent violence and aggression is required in almost all human service settings, our vision is for The Mandt System® to be utilized as staff development.  Staff training typically focuses on minimum requirements of regulatory bodies, while staff development focuses on the needs of the stakeholders and individualizes the training to “support people, not just their behavior™”.
